Integrated Panel Configuration |
• The Integration DLL must have been loaded at the EntraPass Server. If the toolbar doesn’t display the two buttons, see System Parameters Configuration.
• The third party hardware must be connected on the serial port of the multi-site Gateway or the serial port of a pass-through KT-400 controller.
• The third party hardware must be powered up.
Before defining an integration panel in EntraPass, ensure that none of the partitions is armed. If there is at least one armed partition, it will not be possible to program the panel.
1 - From the Devices toolbar, click the Integrated Panel button.
2 - Click on the New button and assign a name for both languages.
3 - Select a Panel from the drop-down list.

3 - If the Video feature is enabled, the Video view field appears. If this is the case, select the Video view in which you want the defined component to appear. For details on defining video views, see Video Views Definition.
4 - From the Graphic list, you may select the graphic to which the application is assigned, if applicable. For details on defining graphics, see Graphics Definition.
5 - Click on the Configuration button to display the Panel Configuration dialog. A different dialog is displayed according to the selected connection type:

When selecting the Access managed by user, a tab named Intrusion will become available in the Users toolbar > Card.
For the KT-400 version, an additional drop down list is available to select a controller for pass-through.
This feature depends on the type of intrusion panel. The device has to be first created in EntraPass for the DLL to be downloaded into the corresponding gateway or KT-400. Once downloaded, the auto-detection becomes active.
1 - Define the Zone, Partition , User and Virtual Zone parameters. These parameters have the following maximum values:

2 - Select the number of Zones. Click the button on the left to display a table that shows all the defined zones. Click the View or the Edit button to see/edit the selected zone from the Integrated Component window.
3 - Select the number of Partitions. Click the button on the left to display a table that shows all the defined partitions. Click the View or the Edit button to see/edit the selected partition from the Integrated Component window.
4 - Select the number of Users. Click the button on the left to display a table that shows all the defined users. Click the View or the Edit button to see/edit the selected user from the Integrated Component window.
5 - Select the number of Virtual zones (only available for Neo panels connected to KT-1/KT-400). A corresponding number of virtual inputs will be added in Integrated Component. Remember that configuring virtual zones in Integrated Panel allows you to see all zones in one page as opposed to configuration in Integrated Component that will display one zone at a time.
The number of Virtual Zones default value is the maximum value described in the above table. The purpose of that feature is to create "virtual" zones in an alarm panel that will receive commands from groups of selected input, doors and other events of a gateway. These commands are then transmitted from the panel to a central station.
The Neo 1.1 integrated panel can support 16 or 32 virtual zones.
• 16 virtual zones for HS2016.
• 32 virtual zones for HS2032, HS2064 and HS2128.
That feature is only available using KT-400 and KT-1 controllers. A new firmware is required (1.16.xx for KT-400, 1.22.xx for KT-401, 1.02.xx for KT-1).
6 - Click the Virtual Zone List button. The displayed table allows you to map Kantech components to DSC virtual zones.
The Physical Zone column is displayed only with a valid DSC panel communication.
• For each Door, Input or Event (use the corresponding tabs), select a physical zone number and the type of event (Alarm, Trouble or Tamper) to be sent to the central. Please note that you can see the remaining available zones from the counter at right.
• Click the Add button to add a new event in the list or click the Remove button to remove the selected event.
• Click Save or Cancel to return to the Integrated Panel window.
• Printing: Use the Print button from the Virtual Zone Summary section to send the virtual zone configuration parameters to the central.

2 - Click Save.
